What type of payment do you accept?

PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and ATM/Debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo (through PayPal). *Due to fraud issues, we only accept credit card payments through PayPal.

Can I order by mail? Can I pay with a check?

You can also pay by DOMESTIC money order (no international money orders because of bank charges). You can send your money order to:

Do I have to pay taxes on my purchase?

If you live in California then yes. Any purchases shipped to non-California addresses will not be charged taxes.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund or exchange goods for reasons relating to a manufacture defect only. Refunds or exchanges based on product color or size preferences will not be honored. All sales are final � so make sure you want what you order.

SHIPPING

How long until I get the goods?

Orders typically ship within 2-4 days of receiving payment (excluding Sundays). Orders by money order will be sent once the money order has been received.

What if I live in California?

Since we are also in California, packages usually arrive within 2 days of being shipped.

How much is shipping?

Varies depending on size/weight of order. We ship via USPS First Class, or Priority Mail for orders weighing over 1 pound. We do not offer Express Mail. You will get the shipping/handling amount when you fill out your order.

Can I have my purchase shipped to my P.O. Box?

No, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
