- Following are the official contest/sweepstake rules for the "XYZ Contest/Sweepstakes". This contest/sweepstake will be posted on NoizeAddict.com, a website owned and controlled by Noize Pollution, Inc. ("NP") on or around the Start Date.
- ENTER THE CONTEST/SWEEPSTAKE: No purchase necessary. This Contest/Sweepstakes will begin on the aforementioned "Start Date" and run through to the aforementioned "End Date." Participants must log on to the NP web site at
and submit all of the information on the entry form such as name, address, email address, age, music preferences, movie preferences, etc. Submitted entry forms any missing requested information will be invalid. We may provide participants an option on the contest/sweepstake entry form to be included in the future contests automatically. Participants need only to submit their information once. Participants may only enter once. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified. One entrant per entry form only. One winner per household only. All entries for this contest/sweepstake must be received by 11:59 pm on the day of the End Date stated above. No need to be present to win. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. NP is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Contest/sweepstake. If, for any reason, the Contest/Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of NP which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest/Sweepstakes or for any reason NP deems it necessary, NP reserves the right at our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest/sweepstake. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning email account will be declared the winner.
PRIZES: Prizes for will be announced on the Site via the page announcing the contest/sweepstake. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes will be made by NP. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by NP due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Unless specified by NP, no cash will be awarded.
DRAWING: The contest/sweepstake drawing will be on or about 5 days after the closing contest/sweepstake End Date. Winners will NOT be notified. All prizes will be sent out via US Post Office ground delivery service on or about 10 days after the closing contest/sweepstake. NP or any of its officers, employees, or representatives are NOT responsible for entry delays due to any reason. NP or any of its officers, employees, or representatives are NOT responsible for packages sent out to winners but not received for ANY reason. NP is not responsible for any problems or lost entries caused by computer hardware or computer software failure. Odds of winning determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
The value of the prize(s) may be taxable as income. Upon receipt of any prize, each winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local tax that becomes due with respect to the prize(s).
ELIGIBILITY: Contest/sweepstake open to U.S. residents including the islands of Puerto Rico and Hawaii only. NP employees and immediate family members thereof and affiliated sponsor agencies are not eligible to win. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All entries become the property of NP.
CONDITONS OF ENTRY: All interpretations of the rules and decisions by NP are final. Prizes will be forfeited and awarded to alternate parties if the drawing winner is not eligible in accordance with these rules. NP is not responsible for any problems or lost entries caused by computer hardware or computer software failure. NP reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual if it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the game or web site; to be acting in violation of the Contest/sweepstake Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AN SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, NP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE CALIFORNIA COURST (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICATION OF ANY OF THE CONTROVERSY REGARDING THE CONTEST AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA SHALL GOVERN THE CONTEST. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.
Winners agree that Noize Pollution, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded
